Description

The Scott Cosmos Re-Source touring ski boot is the sustainable version of the Scott Cosmos. The construction of the boot is based on Pebax® Rnew, which is made from recycled materials. The strap is also made from 100% recycled polyester.
The Cosmos series uses Scott's proprietary Cabrio Hybrid construction, which provides more freedom of movement - the shaft rotation of 60° and the 110 flex provide plenty of flexibility in the backcountry. Switching from uphill to downhill mode is very easy thanks to the generously dimensioned buckle at the rear, and you can set the template to 12° or 14° degrees.
<p
The combination of three micro-adjustable buckles made from Ergal®, the cable closure and the Dynamic Power Strap on the shaft ensures that the Scott Cosmos touring boot has excellent power transmission and that skiing commands are quickly transmitted to the ski edges. Furthermore, there is a lightweight inner boot with thermal and memory-fit foam, which reduces the total weight of the touring boot pair to a meagre 2760 grams (size MP 26.5) - an excellent value for a boot in this price range.
So that you always have optimum grip even on difficult snow, Scott has equipped the boot with Vibram® bi-density rubber, which extends over the entire length of the sole. As you can see - nothing has been left out here and a touring boot has been created that you will really enjoy!
