Description

With the new Arpia climbing shoes, Scarpa is targeting all those climbers who are no longer beginners, but do not want to wear a super tight or uncomfortable high-end shoe and still want to compete precisely and safely.

The Arpia combines excellent wearing comfort with good grip and balanced stability. The shoe is relatively soft and has a velvety microfibre material on the inside, which requires only a few seams. The V-Tension construction stabilizes the shoe from the heel to the toes, and the extremely grippy Vibram XS Grip2 sole provides the best grip.

The shoe comes with minimal downturn and little pre-tension - so this shoe puts some pressure on the forefoot without putting the whole foot under extreme tension. The women's model differs from the men's shoe, which is otherwise similar in design, above all by the significantly narrower heel.
