Chimera Climbing Shoes

<p>The Chimera Climbing Shoes from Scarpa are ultra-soft, sensitive yet powerful climbing shoes with a, particularly well-thought-out construction. A strongly asymmetrical construction and a strong downturn provide you with excellent power transmission on the smallest of footholds. Unlike other models, the rubber layers on the toe cap are kept particularly thin - there is a recess for the big toe on the underside so that you really feel every minute structure of the rock underfoot.</p><p>The midfoot is supported by a midsole, and in addition to the combination of Vibram® XS Grip 2 sole for perfect grip and Scarpa-approved M50 rubber, there are also other proven technologies: A thermoformed insert in the forefoot (Toe Power Support) creates a super fit for the smallest footholds. The PCB Tension midsole ensures a permanently good fit and thanks to the PAF Pressure Absorbing Fit heel, the heel tension is optimally distributed.</p><p>The result is a soft, enormously precise high-end shoe that is ideally suited for ambitious sport climbing - the Chimera should be a real pleasure to use when smearing on those microscopic footholds.</p>
