<p>The new edition of the Fly climbing harness from Petzl is one of the lightest mountaineering harnesses on the market &ndash; extremely cleverly designed and perfected for highly ambitious weight enthusiasts, whether on mountaineering, on the glacier or on ski mountaineering.</p> <p>Petzl achieves this incredible 130g weight (in size M) through an innovative design. <p>Petzl achieves the incredible 130g weight (in size M) through an innovative design in which the metal buckles have been replaced by a knot system. The harness can still be adjusted and used in the same way as conventional harnesses. For maximum weight savings, the thin padding, which allows for relatively comfortable wearing, can be removed &ndash; it then weighs just 100 g (in size M).</p> <p <p>As befits a high-altitude touring harness, the Fly can be taken on and off with both feet on the ground. In addition to the two thin gear loops, the harness has two further small loops for carrying gear and two ice screw holders on the leg loops. A very small harness is included for space-saving transportation.</p> <p
