Boreo Caving Helmet

<p>The new edition of the Boreo Caving climbing helmet from Petzl has all the advantages of the Boreo helmet and adds an integrated attachment system for Petzl Duo headlamps. The helmet offers robust protection for mountaineering and climbing, on via ferratas and, thanks to the special headlamp holder, also for exploring caves or canyoning. <p>The Boreo Caving is kitted out with increased impact protection in the side and back of the head &ndash; Petzl has used Top and Side Protection for this. This means that the helmet not only protects against falling rocks, but also against contact with the wall in the event of a fall. This is achieved with a hybrid construction made from a hard ABS outer shell in combination with an inner shell made from EPP and EPS foam. Large ventilation openings cool the head, and thanks to an adjustment system, the helmet can be optimally adapted to the head.
