<p>The Mountains of the Alps book by Marmota Maps presents over 130 Alpine peaks made from all Alpine countries. <br>Divided into 63 mountain groups, you will find mountains made from the entire Alpine arc, from Monaco to Slovenia, from the foothills of the Alps to the highest peaks of Monte Rosa and the Mont Blanc massif. <br>All mountains are presented with the most important geographical data, information on mountaineering such as the history of the ascent, difficulty of the ascent and the most important mountain huts in the area. <br>The book presents special climbing, walking and ski touring mountains and peaks that are already showing the consequences of climate change in the high mountains. <br>Further special information and stories about each mountain round off the book. <br>The book was produced in collaboration with the German Alpine Association.<br></p>
