Whether training or competition, based on a medium width fit, this agile cross-country shoe combines comfort with a precise fit.</p><p>The Lycan II's Lycan II midsole cushioning, made of injected EVA, reduces hard shocks, protects against punctual trail bumps and, together with the Frixion Blue outsole, provides a good grip and rolling characteristics. If you are out in winter or at high altitude, you now have the option of spike retrofitting.</p>
