The merino wool ensures a pleasant climate not only in cold weather, but also during exertion - but if it's really cold, you can easily wear a jacket over it. This warm mid-layer features a soft stand-up collar that protects your sensitive neck from draughts and cold. The seams are flat and offset to the side at the shoulders so that your rucksack can rest comfortably on them.
