With the DIScover system Carinthia puts a kind of bivy sack around the sleeping bag, this prevents the sweat released during the night from getting caught in the filling and freezing there. Instead, it collects in the space between the sleeping bag and the outer shell, so no heat is lost. In addition, you can zip up the outer shell in the morning and remove the moisture.</p><p>Of course, the system also protects you from moisture that wants to penetrate the sleeping bag from the outside.
