<p>With the Blackroll Super Bands you expand the possibilities of your functional training. Thanks to their length, they are ideal for strengthening the trunk, and you can use them with great flexibility. You can use them to make your pull-ups easier, but also to make your push-ups or knee bends more difficult. They offer a wide range of exercises for your home and at the same time are light and easy to pack so that you always have your "gym" with you when you travel.</p><p>The Super Bands come in three different strengths (orange = light, green = medium, blue = strong) to give you just the right resistance for your workout.
