<p>The Outpost Elite Handlebar Roll from Blackburn is an expedition-worthy harness and dry bag system in two parts. Section 1 is a mount that is directly fixed to the handlebar. A harness system enables the rider to secure gear up under the handlebars. The 2 section is a removable, waterproof dry bag. The two-part design with velcro patch allows for ease of loading and an even distribution of weight. The dry bag also features straps and elastic cordage to affix external cargo.<br></p><p>Note: Not suitable for use with carbon handlebars!<br></p>
